Import & migrate members
Bring your existing member list and their points balance with you, without duplicating anyone.
Why this matters
Migrated balances arrive as migration points: visible in each member's history, never counted as a purchase for tier promotion, and never triggering welcome rewards you already gave. That is what stops an import from corrupting your tiers on day one.

Steps
Export your current list
Name, email, phone, date of birth, join date, gender, address, tier, membership status, marketing consent and reward points are all supported fields.
Decide on the welcome reward
Choose per import whether imported members get the joining bonus - most stores turn it off, since these aren't new signups.
Upload and map fields
Match your file's columns to Mylo's fields.
Let duplicate matching run
Existing members, matched by email or phone, are updated instead of creating a second record.
Confirm migration points are labeled correctly
Imported balances show as migration points in a member's history - never counted as a purchase for tier promotion.
Run a small test batch of 10-20 members first to confirm the field mapping before importing your full list.
