Points that play fair
Spending always consumes the oldest points first, so nothing expires early. Members get an SMS or email warning before anything expires.

Earning rules
Set an earn rate per tier, a minimum order to qualify, and an optional maximum spend that earns. Override the rate for specific products or variants.
Redemption controls
Set the redeem value, minimum and maximum points per redemption, and an optional minimum cart spend. Turn redemption off store-wide any time - points still accrue.
Expiry & warnings
Set an expiry period - or none. Members are warned ahead of time by SMS and/or email, with the exact points and dates.
Manual adjustments
Add or deduct points per member with a reason and optional expiry. Award every member a campaign bonus in one action.
A full points ledger
Every earn, spend, refund, expiry and adjustment is logged with source, order reference, balance before and after, and any comment - filterable by all of it.
